Directions from the West (Yadkinville):

Take US-421 South towards Clemmons. Exit US-421 at Exit 242 , Clemmons/Tanglewood. Turn right at the top of the ramp onto Lewisville-Clemmons Road. Follow Lewisville-Clemmons Road approximately 3 – 4 miles into Clemmons. We are located on the right hand side of Lewisville-Clemmons road in the small shopping center with the large “Fraleighs” sign out front. Our office is located around the back of the building.

Directions from the East (Greensboro):

Take I-40 West towards Winston-Salem and Clemmons. Exit I-40 at Exit 184, Clemmons. Turn left at the top of the ramp onto Lewisville-Clemmons Road. Merge into the right hand lane of traffic and go approximately ½ mile. We are located on the right hand side of Lewisville-Clemmons road in the small shopping center with the large “Fraleighs” sign out front. Our office is located around the back of the building.

Directions from the North (Mount Airy):

Take US-52 South towards Winston-Salem. Merge onto I-40 West via Exit 107B towards Statesville. Exit I-40 at Exit 184, Clemmons. Turn left at the top of the ramp onto Lewisville-Clemmons Road. Merge into the right hand lane of traffic and go approximately ½ mile. We are located on the right hand side of Lewisville-Clemmons road in the small shopping center with the large “Fraleighs” sign out front. Our office is located around the back of the building.
